  • How long does it take to complete my order?

    Our typical turnaround time is three to four weeks. Rush orders incur an additional fee.

  • How do I pay for my order?

    A 50% deposit is usually required when placing an order. We accept all major credit cards.

  • How much does it cost to frame a picture?

    Due to the extensive variety and numerous options in mats and picture frame molding, we cannot provide a price quote for your artwork via email or phone. To get an accurate price for your custom framing project, please bring it to our shop. We can take precise measurements and help you select mats and frames that complement your artwork. We'll be happy to give you an estimate once your choices are made.

  • How do I hang my picture?

    Each completed frame includes a hanging device and a wall hook.

  • Can I update a picture I already have?

    Absolutely. If your decor changes or your mats and frames become faded or damaged, we're happy to help enhance your pictures. We'll also replace any broken or non-UV protective glass.

  • I loved my previous order and want to reorder the exact same thing. How can I do that?

    You don't need to return the framed piece, we have all the order details saved in our database.
